Printer can print one or two pages and then stuck with Blue screen and error message 00829c98. I unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. Wait 60 seconds. Plug again.
Same error.
I unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. Wait 60 seconds. Replace black cartridge. Plug again.
Same error.
I really upset and angry with it. Internet filled with same error and NO SOLUTION provided by HP except useless "unplug the power cord"

you sent me message "unplug the printer and plug it back on".
I TRIED THAT 100500 TIMES
it does not help!!!
How many times can I say -- "unplug power cord" does not help!
Printer still have same blue screen
