ENVY 5530
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

My HP printer has stoped working. I'have got a flashing blue screen with the code C4EBA341 as soon as  I put it ON.

I have been through many procedure to repair it but no success so far.

In this specific procedure I have to move the cariage: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/HP-ENVY-5530-e-All-in-One-Printer-series/5304881/model/5304882/...

But on my printer the cariage is stuck on the right and impossible to move.

Does anyone know a procedure to move the cariage or to repair the printer?

Bonus: the printer have stoped working right at the start of the lockdown in my country. My wife has to "print" manualy all the homework for my daughter.

Please, help me!!
