HP Recommended

Why is HP unable to fix this? these printers are not cheap! I have a all in one 8035 and it has gotten a blue screen with a power symbol and the code B8088524 and all the lights are flashing and they have no idea what to do. If this is an issue so many of us are having why are they just allowing this to continue. 

 

Count me out HP.
