HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

Keep getting same error message on blue screen 00829C98. Have tried resetting several times. May print 1-2 pages and then get error screen again

Power Cycle the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for at least 60 seconds before plugging it back in and turning it on.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Make sure there are no paper jams or obstructions inside the printer.

Inspect Cartridges:

  • Ensure that all ink cartridges are properly installed and not causing any blockage.
