Screen in center of printer is all blue, with a symbol of a power on/off button in the middle and the number 00829C98 below it. Question Mark on left of screen is lit. Bluetooth is lit on right side of screen. Looks like a dos screen. Never seen anything like this before. Not printing. Not responding. Can't even turn it off. I tried uninstalling, but now it won't INSTALL.

I'm having the same issue with my printer. I've tried hard resetting it. I've tried replacing ink cartridges with new ones straight from HP, and I've tried updating the firmware, but my printer can't be found on my computer. I've got an HP Envy Photo 7155. The error occurred when I tried to copy something this morning.

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
I understand you are getting this error on the printer screen intermittently. We will have to perform a reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
- For now, on the printer control panel display, from the Home screen, swipe left to select Setup
- Touch Tools, touch Restore Factory Defaults and then follow the onscreen instructions.
If the error persists, let us perform a semi-full reset
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
- In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon in the upper right corner of your HP community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
Once the reset is complete, you will have to reconnect the printer to the wireless network and re-enroll in Instant Ink using the same account.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
