Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8730 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Randomly getting flashing white screen, or blue screen with error code while printer is not in-use, or in sleep mode.  Need to push and hold power button to reset.  Same issue after hard reset.

HP Recommended

Mine was a flashing white screen until I factory reset the printer.  Then it went back to a blue screen error B8AC38DE code and some of the icons surrounding the screen also flashing.
