I would like to obtain the files email to this user to resolve the issue with error B305A901. Seems like a USB flash can resolve the problem potentially.
"Hi I had the same bluescreen error B305A901 as others have been having. Called HP support [content removed] - usual number for their support - was answered immediately. They accessed my phone camera to see what was what. Sent me a document with update stuff (I'm not technical!) to download onto a USB stick - and after a few tries, and 50 mins later, it works good as new. I have no issue with HP Support!!!"

According to my dealer supplied tech documents you need to update the firmware to current revision 2208A. You will need to get the printer to come to ready to apply the update. I suggest that you try leaving the printer off and unplugged for a couple hours and then try starting it.
