I've got 2 of these printers in my office and one of them prints blurry every so often.  Looking through the posts on this problem I ran across this

"The 'blurry page' overprinting problem appears to be with a print head firmware incompatibility between the RevX.02 print head and the xxxxxBR version of the HP OfficeJet printer firmware. People on this thread with identical OfficeJet printers noted that the ones with xxxxAR firmware didn't experience the problem, but the later xxxxBR ones do, but clearly only with an earlier print head version."

How do I get someone to talk to me about this problem.  I tried going through customer support and all they wanted to do was to align the printer.  I'd done that several times already.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

Thank you
