Hi there! Can anyone help me with this printing issue. I thought it was the printer but because I bought another one just like it and now having the same issues (I believe it started after I ran the "Alignment" function, I am convinced it is not the printer but maybe the compatibility between the printer and my PC). I could be wrong but if "we" can solve the problem, I don't care either way. 😃
- I am running Windows 10 OS
- I have 3/4 full of both black and colored ink
- I am using HP Everyday Copy & Print paper
When I print text (because that is mostly what I am printing), the text has a "drop-shadow" effect to it which is NOT how it is supposed to be as it looks "blurry." After spending hours upon hours for multiple days, I can't seem to find a solution to this issue.
I have included 2 examples to show what I mean; one of those examples is a close-up to really hone in on the printing problem.
I truly appreciate your help to no end. School is coming up and I really need both of my HP Officejet 4500 printers in tip-top shape to handle the amount of printing that will need to be done to teach my kids as I am having the same problem on both of these printers. Thank you a million!
Thank you soooooooo sooo much!!
