Product: Deskjet F4480

I switched the ink cartridge and now the print is very blurry.  It looks like its printing double letters, like a shadow effect.  I have done the alignment process more than once, and when I print out the alignment page, the writing at the bottom is not blurry.

Does this happen while copying too?

 

Clean the ink cartridges and let me know how the self test report looks: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-deskjet-f4400-all-in-one-printer-series/3742084/model/374208...
