HP PageWide Pro 477dw Multifunction Printer

I work in an office with multiple HP printers set up on our network. We are experiencing an issue with our Page Wide Pro 477dw wherein the Bounjour service name is arbitrarily changing resulting in the printer appearing "offline" on everyone's devices. Something is causing a seemingly random set of numbers to be added in parentheses to the end of the default Bonjour service name. This set of numbers changes regularly throughout the workday, but I cannot determine what is causing the numbers to appear, or what is causing them to change. @Irishguy8 explained having the identical issue with his printer over in this thread from 2019. It was suggested to him to turn off IPv6 and to manually add a static IPv4 address. That appears to have worked for the folks in that thread, but after having done likewise my issue still persists. I have gone on to the EWS and confirmed that our firmware is fully up to date. I then manually changed the Bonjour service name back to its default, but the numbers reappear shortly afterwards each time I have done this. The only fix so far has been to remove the printer and then re-add it through the system preferences on everyone's devices. Some of the less tech savvy among us find this to be a challenge, and the regularity of the problem makes this an impermanent solution. Does anyone have any thoughts?
