Hi. So I bought this printer mainly because of it's borderless printing option, but when I print stuff off my phone, it prints borderless but the image is cropped, there are bits missing in the bottom. If I Print it out my computer, it states there's an error, a "conflict with another printer configuration". Help please, dont really want to go in store and get some other printer. Tks.

Hi,
What paper do you use for borderless printing?
The printer supports borderless printing on thicker paper such as Photo Paper, not on Plain Paper.
Whn loading a photo paper into the tray be sure to follow the prompr on screen and select the proper paper type and size, as well be sure to select the proper paper type within the print options, as your screenshot list a Plain Paper which is not supported for borderless printing.
