My, not very nice, but working solution:
I make the label design in 4.75x10.3 cm instead of 4.8x10.5 cm. When the label is enlarged by the printer when printing, it will be pretty good.

But I don't think the HP Smartank 515 printer works well in this case. I used a Brother printer before, there was no such problem.

I admit I was intrigued with the idea.  Smiling.

 

Overprinting is the problem and the solution is to shrink the content so it "grows" into the space.

 

True - not elegant.

But now you get to move on.  Smiling.

If I ever get that paper, I'll try out printing my label template.
