Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a 6968 and a 6978 printer. both have new ink cartridges. 6968 printer stopped printing red color. I printed a test page on the 6978 and it printed red. I hooked it to my computer and it printed one page as it got to the bottom of the page, the red faded out and it will no longer print red colored print at all. I've ran the clean print head feature and it didn't fix it. Hard to believe both printers developed a red problem at the same time. Any ideas
