Our printer recently started shifting print jobs so it's cutting off the bottom. This is happening when printing from the computer running Windows 11, an iPad (wi-fi), and Surface Pro (wi-fi). We all use different software and it's happening through all programs (Adobe Suite, Affinity, etc.) We have tried adjusting margins on our devices and in individual programs. I've run HP diagnostics and all looks well. The printer is up-to-date on updates. I unplugged the printer then unplugged the cord from the outlet. I cleaned the rollers as described in HP support and checked for any obstructions. I then plugged it back in and it's still shifting the document to the bottom of the page. Print previews all look as they should.

Check the page sizing on both the driver and what is set on the printer itself. What you are describing is common when you have the setting at A4 in one location and letter size in the other, as an example.

Does the printer appear to slip when feeding the paper? Could be that the paper is not entering the printer fast enough and is causing a misfeed.
