By mistake I bought wrong cartridges for my printer. The printer uses Ink 63 and bought the black & tricolor cartridge 65. The store won't take it back because the cover was opened. I didn't realize this until I got error message that the cartridges are incompatible. It was a genuine mistake and I feel pretty bad about it loosing my money.
Can you please help for the replacement?
