Brand new 7602R keeps telling me my yellow is out of ink, and it is not. It also will not center the printer heads so that I can put in the two print heads. I spoke with someone when I called, and they have no clue how to fix it. They want to charge me to replace my printer! Tells me the print would not arrive until Friday. I run a business. I have an order that needs to be printed today. Yet, I cannot use the printer I just bought to replace my Epson 7700. I do not have time to wait until Friday. I do not understand why I was shipped something that does not work!
