Hi, I have a brand new HP 3050A All-in-One J611 series printer, Model number VCVRA-1002.  It's been unopened sitting in a box for a few years.  Today I opened it and set it up.  I was able to install the printer drivers and I can print to it.  It's setup on my wireless network.

 

The issue is that the printer control panel is stuck at the language selection screen.   I can use the up/down buttons to select different languages, but I can't get past that point.  I've tried to press the "OK" button multiple times, but it doesn't do anything.  It's stuck at this screen.  The screen is not frozen, as I said I can scroll up or down to select different languages, I just can't get the printer to accept that I have pressed the "OK" button (the middle button on the control panel next to the "OK" text.

The back, X, and Wrench buttons don't do anything either.   Any ideas? I have attached a photo of where the control panel is "stuck".
