OfficeJet Pro 6230

Brand new printer jams halfway through printing first page.  Every job behaves that way.  I've seen this on lots of HP printers over the years.  For the sake of people asking this question, I was able to fix it by going to Control Panel > Devices and Printers > HP OfficeJet Pro 6230 (network).  Selected printer, chose Properties > Advances and UNchecked "Start Printing Immediately"  This switches the selection to "Start printing after last page is spooled".  Problem solved.  And I think this is actually a Windows problem more than a printer problem.
