Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When I plug the printer into the wall the power bottom lights up and 3 red lights come on the last red light turns white then all 3 turn off then the power button flashes .

    When I press the power button the display lights faintly appear then disappear. My printer will not power on . 
   The model number is snprc-1901-01
