Hello,
I went to replace the inkjet cartridges in my HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile All-in-One printer today and the tabs holding the cartridge clamp (unsure if this is technically the correct name, but it's the pink piece of plastic that holds the ink cartridge locked in place and functions as a clamp - see attached pic) broke.
Now the cartridge sits loose in the machine and the printer cannot print color. It seems silly for 2cm of plastic to be the reason I can't use my printer, and would like to know if I can order a replacement clamp.
