Hi @loum0007,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Check Power Source:

  • Ensure that the power outlet is working. Try plugging another device into the same outlet to verify.
  • Confirm the power cord is firmly connected to both the printer and the power source.

Inspect Power Cord and Adapter:

  • Look for any visible damage on the power cord and the adapter. If damaged, replacing them might be necessary.
  • Use the exact power cord and adapter that came with the printer for compatibility.

Reset the Printer:

  • With the printer plugged into an outlet, press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds.
  • Release the power button, then press it again to attempt a restart.

Remove and Reconnect HP Printhead:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it.
  • Open the access door to carefully remove the printheads. After a minute, reinsert them and close the access door.
  • Plug the power cord back in, and try turning on the printer.

Check Error Messages:

  • If the power light blinks or an error light comes on, refer to the printer’s manual for interpreting specific error codes.

Test with Different Power Outlet:

  • Use a different power outlet to rule out issues with the current outlet being used.

Firmware Update:

  • If possible (e.g., if you manage to get the printer started intermittently), update the printer firmware using the HP Smart app or HP Support Assistant.

I hope this helps.
