HP Officejet Pro 6830
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Attempted to connect my HP Officejet Pro 6830 printer to the wireless network but it states that “Built-in network capabilities have been disabled. Contact your administrator or the person who set up the printer”.

I set it the printer myself and there was no administrator. It hasn't worked since I had to change the router.

I understand that I must fully reset the printer back to factory defaults.  I will also need to reconfigure the wireless to my new router.

Can you help, please?
