Hi Shlomil, 

 

Could you please advise on the latest replies ? As the product is still out of stock we would like to know the reason why Black 304 cartridges are unavailable since April 2020.

Hi,

This is a peer to peer community and not a direct contact with HP.

 

I would assume this have to with Covid19, but this is my personal guess and nothing more than that.

 

This is something to check directly with HP Support in the UK.

There are lots of sellers on Ebay still selling 304 black cartridges, and have been all through, while they've been out of stock in all official stores. It seems to be a reliable source. Curiously many of those sellers are approved HP Resellers and are selling hundreds a day, which seems to imply they either have huge stockpiles or are being given 'first preference' on new supplies. It does look rather strange when even the official HP store can't stock them while they're flying off Ebay shelves.

I agree with your comments about HP. But the ones I have looked at on ebay are either refilled or very inflated prices
