I was gifted a refurbished HP ENVY Photo 7155 Printer without the SETUP Cartridges. I purchased cartridges but it will not let me use them. It says I have to have the SETUP Cartridges. Please let me know how I can by-pass this requirement so that I can use my printer. Thanks in advance!

Hi @Jessyusemi,
We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage

I have sent you a private message with the steps to bypass the setup ink message which is specific to your printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
