Hello, my parents recently purchased a HP Deskjet 2632for my college work. I am going to start classess soon, but the printer didn't come with any set up cartridges. I noticed some people on the forums recieved private information on how to bypass this issue. I don't have much time to send it back and set it up again in my college. Sending this information would be appreciated.

A warm welcome to HP forums! This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.
As per the document available here, HP Deskjet 2600 printer is shipped with regular ink cartridges and it does not require any setup ink cartridge to complete the first time setup. You may use the steps available in that document to complete the first time printer setup.

Hey thank you for your help but this won’t fix my problem. When i opened the box there was no ink cartridges at all, i installed the mobile app and everytime i want to print something out, it says use setup cartridges, i already bought a tricolor inkcartridge because i won’t need black ink, installed the tricolor but it didn’t work do i have to buy the black inkcartridge also?

Normally Ink cartridges are shipped along with a new Deskjet 2600 printer. Since you haven't received any ink cartridges along with the printer. You may call HP Support to obtain a new set of ink cartridges. I've send you a private message with instructions on how to call your regional HP Support. I have pretty much the same question as the last user ? The setup cartridges were not included in the printer box for HP2600. The cartridges mentioned in the above reply should be addressed to: [Personal Information Removed]. Thank you very much. My dad is getting older by the minute (80+) and his patience is wearing thin with this printer. If this can't be resolved soon, I'll have to buy another printer. Stacy Y. Apologies for the inconvenience. Ideally, a new printer goes with ink cartridges included in the printer box. If you did not receive any ink cartridges in the printer box, please contact our HP Support team:
1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
