We have one of the Officejet Pro 8025 and it has been working well for almost two years. Then, out of the blue, it comes up with an error message about installing the setup cartridges. Well we did install the setup cartridges in the printer when it was new. Once they ran out of ink we replaced them. However, since we have been trying to recycle ink cartridges I was able to go through the pile and actually found the setup cartridges. Much to my dismay they didn't have any affect on the error message. I see that a number of people have gotten private messages that contain the bypass for that setup cartridge issue.
I am requesting that the fix be sent to me as well.
Thank you
