Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7958e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Error message when trying to print Anything is:

Print job paused. Printer offline. Resolve issue, then check your print status. The print job will be canceled if this issue is not resolved.  Cancel print  Continue

After clicking Continue - it says Issue not resolved your job will be canceled.

 

My network guy tried everything and he could not find where to bypass the wireless printing.  Can you help me?  Thank you!
