I have purchased the HP desk jet pro 6975 Printer from USA with cartridges 902. I have moved to Argentina and the cartridges to be used are the 904 and they do not sell the 902 I have searched the topic on web and found that I have to change the region of the printer by changing some code in the printer configuration. I have tried searching the HP technical support contact so many times !!! through mail, twitter, etc. but nobody answered me at any time and I didn’t find any success.
Request HP community to help me in this regard. You can contact me and I will provide you with my email for further communication. Many thanks.

Hi @DIEGOPADRE,
I'd like to help!
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
