HP Recommended

When I plug in the mains plug to my CLP-365W color laser printer and press the green on/off button, the blue WPS light immediately flashes on and off. Then the green on light comes on and remains on for 11 seconds then goes off and the WPS blue light flashes on for one second and goes off. Then the green on button lights up for 11 seconds and then goes off and the WPS blue light comes on for 1 second and goes off. This sequence just continues. The 4 cartridge indicator lights never come on. I have checked all wiring and cables. Has anybody any ideas.
