Product: CM1410 FNW
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My printer stopped printing. I did a hard reset and re-installed the drivers. The printer will not print a test page with HP diagnostics app software. Will not print from usb or wireless. Jobs get stuck in the print que when printing from laptop wireless connection. When attempting to usb to print, it says no files found but there are files on the usb. With it not printing a test page I believe it’s a printer issue not a network issue.
