Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For my CM1415fnw it prints i dark spots, black lines, and at times the whole document prints black.

 

Please advise.

Have you tried a different black cartridge?  Can you post samples?

I did buy a new cartridge.

Yes I did.

The previous cartridge had the same problem.   I bought a new cartridge and had the same problem.

I also see yellow in the photo, but for this problem, it can be one of the following problems. Please check in order. There are different flaws in each photo
1- Empty the excess toner tank of all 4 cartridges
2- Clean the roller foam of 4 cartridges
3- Clean the magnet of all 4 cartridges
4 - Make sure the black magnet cartridge foam and roller connections on the device
If the problem persists after performing these steps, the problem is with the transfer, which must be serviced or replaced. If necessary, I can email you the instructional video.

in addition to providing the instructional video  ,

can  you  also please provide a list of authorized  HP service location in zip code 30016 within a 75 miles radius?


Do I also need any special supplies to do the cleaning ?

Do you have a rough estimate as to the cost of servicing it at an HP authorized dealer?
