I am trying to print on 5.5 x 4.25 envelops for my invitation suite at home. There is no option for that size on my printer. I have seen you can add a custom size, but I am having trouble finding how to do that or if it is even an option on this kind of printer.

I’m here to help you troubleshoot your issue and get things back on track. Just follow these steps below, and we’ll have you running smoothly in no time:
Load the envelope: Place your 5.5 x 4.25-inch envelope into the printer’s tray.
Open the document: Open the invitation file on your computer and click Print.
Select your printer: Choose the HP ENVY 5014 printer.
Open Printer Settings:
- On Windows, click Printer Properties or Preferences.
- On Mac, click Show Details.
Set custom paper size:
- Windows: In the Paper/Quality tab, select Custom, then enter 5.5 inches (width) and 4.25 inches (height).
- Mac: Select Paper Size and then Manage Custom Sizes. Add a new size with 5.5 inches (width) and 4.25 inches (height).
Preview and print: Make sure the settings look correct, then click Print.
