No, you cannot use two black cartridges in the Envy 5010. Do not try this, installing the black cartridge in the color slot (or vice-versa) would require some force, and if you do get the cartridge pushed into the wrong slot it may be very difficult to remove.
If you do not want to use color cartridge you could remove it entirely* and allow the printer to switch to single cartridge mode as described on page 40 of the user guide here.
* If you still have ink in the color cartridge and want to use it later please store the cartridge as shown in the document here.
