I am unable to print using cardstock.  It will print half the page of just part of the page?  Is this printer able to print on cardstock?

Yes,

The printer supports Cards media for inkjet printers, 163 to 200 gsm as listed by its datasheet (Recommended weights):

When you load Cards into the tray be sure to edit the paper type to Plain Paper, Thick on the printer screen, as well change the Paper Type settings on your printer driver.

I did what you suggested and it still did not print well.  It is printing on partial pages, cutting it off.

Thanks

I have 2-1/4" x 5.5" precut post cards...will my 8710 print on them?

HP Recommended

@Mikeyhats , no.

Specs are 76 to 216 mm (3.0 to 8.5 inches) wide and 127 to 356 mm (5.0 to 14.0 inches) long
