I have had the same printer for years and have moved a bunch of times and recently my printer has suddenly be locked by administrator locks. I'm not sure when it happened but I not can't even get it to connect to wifi because thats locked and I can't reset anything because those are locked as well. I can't reset network settings and doing a factory reset didn't change anything. I haven't been able to find a reliable way to do some kind of full scrub of the system since everything is locking me out.

@gdoran, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
