Hello, my ENVY 4500's wireless printing function works fine with my main "AT&T PACE modem/router" upstairs. I recently added a Netgear router downstairs because the upstairs signal is poor in my downstairs office. The Netgear router connects to an ethernet switch, who connects to a wall ethernet jack. Whenever I set the printer and my laptop to connect with Netgear router, it can't print because in the printing quene, it's showing the printer is offline. But when I set both devices to connect with the main upstairs router's wireless signal, it will print as normal.
What could possibly be the reason that causes the printer won't connect to my Netgear router, for which I know in this situation is "router behind router"? What exactly setting I need to adjust in my Netgear router? Has anyone met this situation before? Or successfully connects to a router behind a router and be able to print wirelessly?
Thank you!

You may want to set-up the Netgear router in bridge mode instead.
