When I try to print it doesn’t print. Prints blank paper. On the app all you see is a white screen (I do not see what I am suppose to be printing like i usually do)

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I see that the printer is printing blank pages. To assist you better, insert one ink cartridge at a time and try printing to identify the defective ink cartridge.

 

Are you using HP inks?

 

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues

Run the cleaning process up to 2 times and print a test page to check the result.
