I have this problem with my Envy  5546 Printer. I follow all instructions, for a few prints the color ink works then next time it is back to black ink only. This is a problem shared by many which needs HP's attention to retain customer loyalty. I for one am running out of patience.

Thanks for response - I've found the only way to get my Printer working in colour is by switching from a wifi to a USB connection. Doing that and it is working fine.
