I can’t print because “a problem has occurred with my HP account and I will be unable to print until the issue is resolved”, what kind of [edited] is this. Anyone else have this issue ?

Hi @Bowser50,

Welcome to the HP support community.

I’m really sorry you’re running into this. I know how frustrating it must feel to be blocked from printing. This message usually appears when there’s an issue with the HP account linked to your printer, such as a sign-in, subscription, or account verification mismatch.

To help resolve it, we’ll need to check the account and printer details more closely. Could you please share your registered email ID and printer model/serial number with us in a private message (not here in public)? Once we have that, we can review your account status and guide you on the next steps to get you printing again.

Please help us with the Printer serial number or the product number in a private message for further assistance.

Here is the link to find the product serial number: - Click here

To access your private messages, simply click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile and send a private message to me with the serial number, because we value your privacy.
