My account has no record of my Instant Ink subscription, or the printer that I registered when I purchased it a few years ago. I receive emails about modifying the subscription since I don't get any use out of it, but when I go to my account, there is nothing there and the totally automated system with no answers tries to re-sell me the subscription, looping in circles with no good answers, and no contact information. So the question is: how do I cancel the instant ink subscription?
