Hi @Unicorngirl,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
When a print job gets stuck and keeps printing the same page over and over, it can be frustrating. Here's a detailed guide to help resolve the issue with your HP DeskJet 4152e printer on Windows 11:

- After your computer has restarted, plug the printer back in and turn it on.
Clear the Print Queue
- Open Settings (press Windows Key + I).Go to Devices > Printers & scanners.
- Select your HP DeskJet 4152e printer and click on Open queue. If there are any print jobs listed, right-click on each one and select Cancel.
Stop and Restart the Print Spooler Service
- Press Windows Key + R, type services.msc, and press Enter. In the Services window, scroll down and find Print Spooler.
- Right-click on Print Spooler and select Stop. After stopping, right-click on Print Spooler again and select Start.
Manually Clear the Print Spooler Files
- Press Windows Key + R, type C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS, and press Enter.
- This will open the folder containing the print spooler files. Delete all files in this folder.
- Restart the Print Spooler service by following the steps above.
Run HP Print and Scan Doctor
- Download and run the [HP Print and Scan Doctor](https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/prints
Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers
- Go to the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads page.
- Enter your printer model (HP DeskJet 4152e) and download the latest drivers.
- Install the drivers and restart your computer.
- Alternatively, you can uninstall the existing printer drivers from Device Manager and then reinstall them using the downloaded files.
Check for Firmware Updates
- Go to the HP support website and check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer model.
- Follow the instructions to update the printer firmware.
Factory Reset the Printer
- Turn on the printer and wait for it to become idle.
- Go to the printer's control panel or use the HP Smart app to navigate to the Settings menu.
- Look for Restore Factory Defaults or a similar option.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to reset the printer
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
