I have a 3 year old HP OfficeJet 6962 all in one printer. I need to cancel some previous jobs i had on this printer because i went to print to print out a recipe and it is printing the recipe over coupons. I cannot figure out how to go and cancel the previous job i had with the coupons . I had tried calling HP but was on hold for over 2 hours and still never got to talk to anyone. Am about ready to just unplug it and put it away. Any suggestions?

Welcome to HP Support Forum. I think you need to remove the queue. For Windows, please try:
- Hold down the Windows key and press R.
- From the Run window, type services.msc and hit enter.
- If the machine asks for Admin you have to accept this,
- Look down to the print spooler service, right click it and select properties
- Click on the Stop button,
- Browse to C:\Windows\System32\Spool\printers or C:\Windows\System\Spool\printers (this may be hidden)
- Delete the job inside this folder
- Reboot the machine
Regards.
