Product: Hp6520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I've recently installed a hp6520 printer because my previous computer died. I can't get the print job to clear the queue after it prints. It sits there with status "printing". If I cancel the job, it changes to "deleting" but never does. Then I can't get the jobs behind it to print. I've restarted the print spooler and all that does is print the same job again. I had hp scan dr do a diagnostic and then run a test page. Now that is stuck in "printing" status. Help.

Welcome to HP Support Forum. I think you need to remove the queue. For Windows, please try:
- Hold down the Windows key and press R.
- From the Run window, type services.msc and hit enter.
- If the machine asks for Admin you have to accept this,
- Look down to the print spooler service, right click it and select properties
- Click on the Stop button,
- Browse to C:\Windows\System32\Spool\printers or C:\Windows\System\Spool\printers (this may be hidden)
- Delete the job inside this folder
- Reboot the machine
Regards.
