I have been unable to connect my old HP Envy Photo 7800 All-in-one Printer series to any of our wifi devices since we switched internet servers to Spectrum. The printer says it is connected to the internet. Test print pages show it as being connected to the correct network. There was a 2-3 day period during which it seemed there was a clone of our network. It was showing up twice on our wifi devices. I don't know if maybe the printer connected to the "other" network with our network name or not. The printer had no issues until the internet switch. I have never had any problems connecting it before. I also have an old Brother printer, and there were absolutely no issues connecting it after the internet switch. Any help will be greatly appreciated! I work from home and I am the chair of my church's Mission and Outreach Committee, so I desperately need to be able to print in color (Brother is B&W).
