Can't connect printer to computer

I have just changed my internet provider from BT to EE and therefore have got a new router. I have set up my laptop, tablet phones without any problem. However, cannot get a wireless connection with printer.

I have tried PBC but the router does not have a WPS button. Have tried PIN number but don't know where to enter the pin number on my laptop.

Can you try this:

1. Uninstall and reinstall the the printer driver 

The following resource will help you to download and install the FULL feature software:

http://123.hp.com/us/en/

Key in your printer model, Operating System and download & install the FULL feature software.

Install the printer as a USB connection.

2. Convert USB to Wireless

These 2 video examples will show you how:

Many thanks for your help.

It was a bit of a struggle as after uninstalling the existing software and reinstalling the new software, when I went to print pages from the internet, for example, my laptop did't seem to recognise that I even had a printer!

However, we got there in the end and all seems to be ok at the moment.

This is useless, no help at all. Please stop giving me the same answer over and over again. Can NOT hook hp hp deskjet 2635 printer...can anyone help with this.....
