The printer is connected to our Broadband but when I go to install the software to my laptop with CD that's given or Online, it keeps coming back with error saying "printer not found" I tried manual connection via Ethernet cable-still no luck. It's extremely fustratting as I have deadlines in work! Anyone know how can it be connected? Or should I just buy USB cable in the shop? Be the easiest?

I believe the steps in this document should help resolve the issue for the printer not being detected: Printer Not Found During Network Driver Setup.
