Hello

Ever since my internet eent down I cannot connect my andoida phone or Chromebook.. I have doenload the hp app on phone and plug in app but it isn't working. Sldothe chromebChr can't connect through the app on there. Trying to run a business but struggling. Any help would be great thsnkyou

  • Are you able to make a copy?
  • What is the wireless light status on the printer? (Steady/Blinking)
  • What is the exact issue you are facing?
  • Are the other devices able to access the internet?
