Product: HP DeskJet 2723e All-in-One Printer

I'm having major issues. My printer has been offline for two weeks and I've tried/done every single thing in self help support. Worst thing is, there's no way to reach out to anyone at HP Support. They don't respond to emails and Contact Support Chat seems to be stuck too. ☹️ Four days now, I've tried to log into Support Chat online and all I get is that darn blue circle spinning. So I'm not even sure it's loading. I'd be so grateful for any help or advice.
