Product: HP Deskjet 2542
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Document stays in Queue. Status is: 'Deleting - Printing'. I can't print anything else 'cause of this document.

Hi,

Try following HP Print and Scan Doctor below by selecting Fix Printing:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/HPPSdr.exe

 

Please let me know how it goes, it should automatically clear the print queue...

I've tried clicking on the link in the answer and it asks if I want to save the file.

Said yes and I get a blank screen - no answer.
